About Gajah Putih
Gajah Putih is a fine-dining restaurant in Ubud where an innovative menu blends with live Balinese theatrical performance. The restaurant’s founder Maxim Krasyuk spent about three years developing the concept. He dreamed of creating a space where gastronomy and theater merge into one, ensuring the evening leaves a lasting impression on guests.
The dishes are distinguished by culinary artistry and exquisite presentation. The performance weaves together Balinese traditions, culture, and imagination with a modern narrative.
Cuisine and Programs
The restaurant uses fresh, seasonal produce from local Balinese farms alongside the finest ingredients from around the world. The 11-course menu can be paired with alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, while a dedicated wine pairing is also available for the "Malam" program. The venue offers two tasting programs: "Lingkaran" evokes the Balinese dawn and traditions, while "Malam" transports guests into the island's sunset and night. Dinner service runs from Wednesday to Sunday, 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

The restaurant is located in the village of Lodtunduh, in the southern part of Ubud. It is a popular spot for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and marriage proposals; private dining options are also available for unique celebrations.

Address: Jl. Raya Mawang No. 88, Lodtunduh, Ubud (southern part of town). The easiest way to get there is via the Grab or Gojek apps. Payment can be made in cash or with an international card. For a solo traveler, a motorbike taxi (GrabBike, GoRide) is the most convenient option.

- From Kura-Kura bus stops (Puri Lempad Museum, Coco Supermarket): 5–6 km, about 15 minutes by taxi.
- From Terminal Ubung (Denpasar): 35–45 minutes.
